In April 2008, the Central Bedfordshire unitary team for Revenues and Benefits required resources to take the two existing District Revenues and Benefits teams through the harmonisation of processes and migration onto a single system by December 2009.  VMSL provided Richard Underwood as a Senior Revenues and Benefits Manager to take Central Bedfordshire safely through year end billing on two Revenues and Benefits systems and to develop processes for post vesting day on the 1st April 2009 and the single system migration in December.   Clive Jones, Assistant Director of Business Transformation and Customer Services says: “Without Richard’s experience, we would never have been able to have been up and running for vesting day.  VMSL also had the contacts within the sector to bring the skilled resources for the migration from Academy to Civica Open revenues. Without the team of resources brought in by VMSL, the migration onto a single system would not have happened in time for year end billing”.
