As a Director of 2CC Revenue Services Ltd, provided management consultancy and project management services.  Successfully implemented a number of system migration projects as well as a major organisational restructure arising from the establishment of a Unitary Council.

As the Revenues and Benefits Manager, I was responsible for the management of 26 staff including Fraud Administration and the introduction of a new Revenues System and Document Management System.
